
By ordering and accepting a company-paid device or service, you agree to the following terms:
Business Use
The device and service are provided for business purposes. Personal use should be limited and must not interfere with work responsibilities or violate company policies.Mobile Device Management (MDM)
The device will be enrolled in the company’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. This may include monitoring, remote management, and security controls.Security and Compliance
You must not disable or attempt to bypass MDM controls. The device must comply with all company security policies, including use of passcodes, encryption, and approved applications.Ownership and Return
The company retains ownership of the device and may request its return at any time. Upon termination of employment or reassignment, you must return the device promptly.Loss or Damage
You are responsible for immediately reporting any loss, theft, or damage. The company may require reimbursement for lost or negligently damaged devices.Privacy
While reasonable efforts are made to respect privacy, the device may be monitored in accordance with company policy.Support and Updates
You must keep the device up to date and report any technical issues to IT support. Unauthorized modifications (e.g., rooting or jailbreaking) are prohibited.
