T-Mobile Group Plans

Effective Date: 04/01/2025


Service & Billing Terms
Apex Wireless provides wireless services as part of an employer-sponsored group account. By activating services through Apex Wireless, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:


Service Suspension & Cancellation
Apex Wireless reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service for late payment, payment failure, or default by your employer.

  • Invoices are emailed seven (7) days before autopay processing.

  • Declined payments will have a 21-day grace period before service is suspended.

  • A $25 reconnection fee will apply and will appear on your next invoice.

  • After 31 days of non-payment, your service will be canceled. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.

  • Cancelled numbers can only be retrieved within 30 days before they are permanently lost.

Service Restoration
Once the minimum balance due is paid, it may take up to 24 business hours for the carrier to restore your service. This timeline is outside of Apex Wireless and the Evergreen Help Desk’s control.
Any support tickets submitted requesting expedited restoration within this timeframe will be closed without action.


Late Fees

  • A $5 late fee will apply if payment is 8 days overdue.

  • An additional 1.5% daily fee will apply to unpaid balances until payment is received or service is canceled.

Enrollment & Administrative Fees

  • A $30 enrollment fee per line is required prior to service activation.

  • A $5 monthly administrative fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per line.

Payment Responsibility

  • All payments must be made directly to Apex Wireless.

  • Payments made to the carrier will not be automatically applied to your account and may result in service suspension.

  • If Apex Wireless is required to recover or reconcile a payment made outside of our system, a $25 payment recovery fee will be charged.

Employer-Sponsored Account & Participant Responsibility


All wireless services offered through Apex Wireless are part of an employer-sponsored group account. As an end user, you are a participant in this group plan and not the account owner.

By participating, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for paying your portion of the service charges and any applicable fees to Apex Wireless.

  • You may not request account-level changes, cancellations, billing adjustments, or support directly from the carrier.

  • All account-related questions, service requests, device orders, billing concerns, and support must be directed to the Apex Wireless Evergreen Help Desk.

  • The carrier may only assist you with basic technical troubleshooting. All other inquiries will be redirected to Apex Wireless.

  • This is a group benefit program. You agree to behave as a participant and not as an individual account holder.

  • Abuse of service, failure to comply with payment terms, or attempts to bypass Apex Wireless may result in service suspension, removal from the group plan, or cancellation.


Employment Termination
If your employment is terminated:

  • You may transfer your mobile number to a personal account with any carrier within 30 days.

  • Failure to transfer your number within 30 days may result in its cancellation.

  • Your employer may deny number transfer in cases of fraud, non-payment, or unlawful activity.


Number Porting & Temporary Number Activation
When activating service:

  • A temporary number will be assigned. Billing begins upon activation of the temporary number.

  • You may port an existing number to replace the temporary number. Porting delays may occur based on your previous carrier.

  • Once porting is completed, the temporary number will be discontinued.


Credit Checks & Device Subsidies

  • A soft credit check may be performed if you request a device offer from T-Mobile.

  • If you receive a subsidized device:
    You are required to fulfill a 24-month term.
    Early cancellation may result in an early termination fee and require repayment of device discounts.
    Devices will not be eligible for unlocking until the subsidy is fully paid.


Use of Personal Information
We collect and use only the personal information necessary to provide services. This includes:

  • Processing orders and payments.

  • Maintaining your session and account information (such as user ID and employer code).

  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
In group account arrangements, your employer may request account information for billing or auditing purposes.


Network & Data Security
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.


Cookies & Technical Tracking
We use essential cookies only to support the technical operation of our website and services. These cookies help:

  • Maintain your session.

  • Store your user ID.

  • Recognize your domain entry and employer group participation.

We do not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or advertising purposes.
